Shipping
The pilot ships to the US and Canada.
Instant checkout is limited to the United States and Canada during the pilot. This limit prevents an untested shipping or import cost from becoming a promise we cannot keep.
Checkout countries
- United States and Canada: order directly from checkout when the store is open.
- All other countries: send a shipping quote request before you pay. We will confirm the carrier, delivery estimate, tax and import treatment for your address.
Write to sales@namedinchinese.com. Include your country, postal code, preferred seal and Chinese name.
Delivery and import
Physical prices include standard shipping and import duty for enabled checkout destinations. We use a forwarder that declares the shipment truthfully. We do not misdescribe goods or understate their value.
Delivery estimates begin after dispatch. Remote destinations can take longer. The order page shows the confirmed product and delivery notes before payment.
